Our Statement on Ethical Behavior and Code of Business Ethics

One of the core values of Spectra Energy is integrity – ethically and honestly doing what we say we will do - both as individual employees and as a company.

In the pursuit of always conducting business ethically and honestly, we are guided by our Code of Business Ethics (CoBE) (pdf, 404 KB) that is consistent with our Charter (pdf, 94 KB) and business goals and outlines our commitment to conduct business ethically every day.

The Code has been adopted by Spectra Energy’s Board of Directors and represents a commitment to promote an organizational culture that encourages ethical conduct and compliance with the law. Every one of our employees is responsible for being familiar with the CoBE.
