Gregory L. EbelPresident and Chief Executive Officer-
Greg Ebel is president and chief executive officer of Spectra Energy Corp, a member of the company’s board of directors and a board member of DCP Midstream. He previously served as chief financial officer of Spectra Energy, and before that as president of Union Gas, Spectra Energy’s major natural gas utility company.Ebel has broad experience in both the finance and energy sectors. He served as Duke Energy’s vice president of investor and shareholder relations from 2002 to 2005 and prior to that, was managing director of mergers and acquisitions. He began his career as an analyst with Decima Research in Toronto in 1987.
He received a bachelor of arts degree from York University, Toronto, Ontario and is a graduate of the advanced management program at the Harvard Business School.

Dorothy M. AblesChief Administrative Officer-
Dorothy Ables is chief administrative officer of Spectra Energy Corp, responsible for the company’s information technology, audit services, human resources, support services and community relations functions.She joined the company in 1985 as a senior financial analyst in investor relations for predecessor company PanEnergy Corp. She has held positions of increasing responsibility including: strategic planning, chief financial officer, information technology, human resources and community relations. Most recently, Ables served as vice president of audit services and as chief ethics and compliance officer.
She received her bachelor of business administration degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.

John R. ArensdorfChief Communications Officer-
As Spectra Energy’s chief communications officer, John Arensdorf directs the company’s communications with internal and external audiences, including investors, the media, employees and other stakeholders. He also oversees Spectra Energy’s sustainability efforts. Arensdorf has an extensive background in the utility and finance areas, including experience in investor relations, finance, accounting and regulatory affairs. Arensdorf received his bachelor of business administration degree in accounting from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas.

Douglas P. BloomPresident, Spectra Energy Transmission West-
Doug Bloom is president of Spectra Energy Transmission’s western Canadian operations, responsible for four of the company’s western-based divisions: BC Pipeline, BC Field Services, Midstream and the Natural Gas Liquids division.Bloom joined the company in 1987 as a regulatory affairs supervisor for Westcoast Energy in Vancouver. Since then he has held a series of leadership positions of increasing responsibility including: information technology, regulated businesses and marketing. Most recently, he served as president of Maritimes and Northeast Pipeline.
Bloom holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in economics, both from Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, British Columbia.

Julie A. DillPresident, Union Gas Limited-
Julie Dill is president of Union Gas, a Spectra Energy company and one of Ontario’s largest natural gas utilities. Dill joined the company in 1998 as senior vice president of planning and finance and chief financial officer. She has a wealth of experience in the energy sector, having served in a number of executive capacities in the natural gas and power industries. Dill held various financial and strategic managerial positions in the company’s domestic and international operations.
She received her bachelor of business administration degree, suma cum laude, in finance from New Mexico State University.

R. Mark FiedorekGroup Vice President, U.S. Transmission & Storage – Southeast-
Mark Fiedorek is group vice president of Spectra Energy’s U.S. Transmission and Storage – Southeast, and he serves on the board of Spectra Energy’s publicly traded partnership, Spectra Energy Partners. He joined the company in 1988 as a supply planning and evaluation analyst for Texas Eastern Transmission. Prior to his current appointment, Fiedorek was vice president of asset optimization and marketer services. Fiedorek earned his bachelor's degree in managerial studies from Rice University, Houston, Texas.

Alan N. HarrisChief Development and Operations Officer-
Alan Harris is chief development and operations officer of Spectra Energy Corp and a board member of DCP Midstream Partners.Prior to Spectra Energy’s spin-off from Duke Energy, Harris served as group vice president and chief financial officer of Duke Energy Gas Transmission (DEGT). He joined Duke Energy in 1982 as director of gas accounting and has held positions of increasing responsibility including: controller, vice president of controllers and strategic planning and executive vice president for DEGT’s strategic development, risk management, information technology and corporate reserves.
Harris is a certified public accountant. He received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Northeastern Oklahoma State University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Tulsa.

Reginald D. HedgebethGeneral Counsel-
Reginald Hedgebeth is general counsel for Spectra Energy Corp. Hedgebeth joined Spectra Energy in March 2009. Prior to joining Spectra Energy, Hedgebeth served as senior vice president, general counsel and secretary with Circuit City Stores, Inc., a role he assumed in 2005. Prior to joining Circuit City, Hedgebeth was vice president of legal for The Home Depot, Inc.Hedgebeth is a graduate of Harvard Law School and Penn State University.

Thomas C. O’ConnorChairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer, DCP Midstream-
Tom O’Connor is chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer of DCP Midstream, LLC, one of the nation's largest natural gas gatherers and processors, and one of the largest natural gas liquids (NGLs) producers and NGL marketers. He has more than two decades of experience in the energy industry.Prior to joining DCP Midstream, O’Connor held a number of executive leadership positions with Duke Energy businesses, including generation services, telecommunications, real estate, corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, international development and, most recently, as group executive and chief operating officer of U.S. Franchised Electric and Gas.
O’Connor received his bachelor’s degree in biology, cum laude, and a master’s degree in environmental studies from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell. He also completed the Harvard Business School advanced management program.

John Patrick ReddyChief Financial Officer-
Pat Reddy is chief financial officer of Spectra Energy Corp and serves on the board of DCP Midstream. Reddy joined Spectra Energy in January 2009. Prior to joining Spectra Energy, Reddy held the position of senior vice president and chief financial officer with Atmos Energy Corporation. He joined Atmos Energy in 1998 and prior to his appointment as chief financial officer served as vice president of corporate development and as treasurer for the company.Reddy holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of California at Los Angeles and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern California.

William T. YardleyGroup Vice President, Transmission – Northeast-
Bill Yardley is group vice president of Northeast transmission for Spectra Energy Transmission. Yardley joined the company in 2000 as general manager of marketing for Spectra Energy’s predecessor company, Duke Energy Gas Transmission. He later served as vice president of marketing and business development. He was named to his current position in 2007.Yardley earned his bachelor's degree in economics from Colby College in Waterville, Maine and his master’s degree in business administration from Northeastern University in Boston, Mass.
